What you’ll do
Support key enterprise applications by collaborating with the Financial Systems Analyst. Administer certain finance systems to ensure functionality and uptime for user groups.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
⦁ Assist with daily operations of BlackLine, CoStar, Concur and SharePoint.
⦁ Perform configuration changes to address business needs and document system requirements to enhance system capabilities.
⦁ Collaborate with team members to determine areas for improvement and consistency.
⦁ Ensure systems are up to date and focus on automating future changes.
⦁ Assist System Administrator for CRL’s critical finance applications and ensure consistent use and data integrity.
⦁ Update and/or create training materials and user guides.
⦁ Assist System Administrators in testing new enhancements or integrations.
⦁ Complete all applicable tasks timely and accurately.
⦁ Perform all other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
Qualifications:
⦁ Education: Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in related fields
⦁ Minimum GPA of 3.0
⦁ Ability to fulfill a full time intern position withing May/June-August/September
⦁ Effective communication and listening skills in a teamwork environment
⦁ Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with a strong attention to detail
⦁ Other:
⦁ Critical thinking and analysis skills
⦁ Ability to multi-task effectively
⦁ Excellent organizational skills
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⦁ Experience with MS Excel and other MS Office program
Physical Demands:
⦁ Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
⦁ Must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
⦁ Regularly provides information to and receives information from/through various technologies, media, sources and contacts. Must be able to accurately exchange accurate information in these situations.
Work Environment:
⦁ Remote or occasional general office working conditions, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
