What you’ll do
The 2025 Summer Intern Customer Care will undertake the project of updating installation statuses for Microbial clients. Through this project the Intern will initiate contact with clients. Due to the regulatory environment of our business, this internship includes understanding the importance of compliance with regulatory agencies and associated guidelines. Must be able to meet physical requirements established in this job description.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contacting Microbial customers to determine the status of their instruments
- Update client account records based on instrument statuses and update points of contacts for client organizations
- Identify with new account extensions, customer name clarification and account mergers, pairing of accounts in SAP, Updating Microbial Notes in Sales Force to match SAP
- Strong communication skills for cross departmental function.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
- Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Completion of Sophomore year
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Ability to fulfill a 10 week internship
- Effective communication and listening skills in a teamwork environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with a strong attention to detail
The pay range for this position is $19.00-$20.00 per hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
