We are seeking an Animal Caretaker I for our Insourcing Solutions site located in Hamilton, MT.

What you will do!
In the Animal Caretaker I role, you will be working in ABSL 2-3 facility environments to perform a variety of duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, routine preventative maintenance, and repair of caging materials and autoclaves as needed, as well as maintaining cagewash and animal holding facilities in a clean and organized manner. You may also be tasked with operating equipment and performing general housekeeping in accordance with all safety procedures and SOPs, as well as general animal care duties. Other duties may include receipt, stocking, and maintenance of supply orders, as well as preparing and submitting all required written records, charts, logs, and inventories. The Animal Caretaker I position also works actively with customers to address requests, inquiries, and complaints, as well as provide technical assistance when needed.
What you’ll need
Who are we looking for?
A candidate that possesses a high school diploma/GED required. Experience and/or training working with mechanical equipment preferred. ALAT certification, or ability to obtain certification within one year of eligibility.
The pay for this position is $19.00 USD per hour.
