What you’ll do

This role will support the Global Technology Operations team. Responsibilities will include requisitioning, contract management, budgeting & forecasting, and process improvements.
The following are the responsibilities related to the IT Portfolio Analyst - Co-op position:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contract support:

Assist in maintaining our internal IT contract database
Assist in maintenance of our Contract Lifecycle Management processes, including uploading applicable documents, communications, and data entry

• Review of contracts with contract owners, procurement and leadership.

Financial support:

Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of the Global Technology Budget
Assist in the creation of a financial dashboard, including data compilation and data scrubbing

• Assist with analysis of purchasing and budgeting variances

Requisitioning & Operational Support:

Process Improvement initiatives
Project Management
Support the IT requisition process
Answer invoice and remittance related inquiries
Support internal business partners and leadership

• Other various operational tasks as assigned

What you’ll need

The following are the minimum requirements related to the IT Portfolio Analyst Co-op position:

Education: pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or a related field.
Attention to detail and accuracy are extremely critical
Ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and produce time sensitive deliverables
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities
Fast, flexible learner and capable of multi-tasking
Motivated analyst that takes initiative and seeks out opportunities.

• Strong time management and organizational skills

The pay range for this position is $25-$30 per hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
