This position will provide support in the management of clinical operations tasks associated with clinical supply chain activities related to the CRL-Memphis facility

  • Actively participate in the coordination of multiple client activities related to clinical program logistics, receipt of human tissues for production and intermediate/finished product shipments
  • Serve as designated point for assigned client project(s)
  • Participate in the coordination of the timely scheduling of client activities pertaining to incoming human tissues/components and outgoing intermediate/finished products
  • Provide support in timely communications of client requests/information exchange through close interactions with Client Project Management, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality and Clin Ops Teams
  • Field calls and inquiries pertaining to assigned client project tasks
  • Actively participate in planned weekly meetings, as assigned
  • Participate in development of appropriate action plans to prevent or correct deficiencies
  • Contribute to development/enforcement of departmental SOPs
  • Participate in the writing/reviewing of SOPs, Work Instructions, Job Aids and other documentation, as assigned
