What you’ll do
This position will provide support in the management of clinical operations tasks associated with clinical supply chain activities related to the CRL-Memphis facility
- Actively participate in the coordination of multiple client activities related to clinical program logistics, receipt of human tissues for production and intermediate/finished product shipments
- Serve as designated point for assigned client project(s)
- Participate in the coordination of the timely scheduling of client activities pertaining to incoming human tissues/components and outgoing intermediate/finished products
- Provide support in timely communications of client requests/information exchange through close interactions with Client Project Management, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality and Clin Ops Teams
- Field calls and inquiries pertaining to assigned client project tasks
- Actively participate in planned weekly meetings, as assigned
- Participate in development of appropriate action plans to prevent or correct deficiencies
- Contribute to development/enforcement of departmental SOPs
- Participate in the writing/reviewing of SOPs, Work Instructions, Job Aids and other documentation, as assigned
What you’ll need
- Must have attended a minimum of two (2) years post High School education in a science or related life sciences program
- Knowledge in clinical supply chain logistics a plus
- The candidate must also possess the following:
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and proven ability to multitask/manage time and work
- Interpersonal, facilitation, customer relations and negotiation skills
- Ability to utilize initiative and work independently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be computer literate including well developed computer skills in applicable software (eg. MS Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar)
- Good command of English language/grammar with accuracy in data entry
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
The pay range for this position is $42,000 -$55,200. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
