What you’ll do
As a Shipping Coordinator for our team located in Laval, you will mainly be responsible to coordinate, verify and perform shipment of Test/Control Item, biological samples and equipment.
In this role, primary responsibilities include:
- Verify and organize Test Materials/Specimens/Equipment and/or live animals for Shipment
- Shipment Packing/Labeling/Marking and tracking
- Deal with Study directors plan shipment of their study materials
- Verify and organize shipment through border via company courier
- Fill appropriate documentation for shipment purposes
- Ensure that work performed is in accordance with the requirements of a study plan and in full compliance
- with GLP, where these conditions apply
- Substitute and/or assist department colleagues
- Perform any other reasonable tasks that may be required
