As an Assistant Archivist for our Archives team at the Laval location, you will ensure proper organization, indexing, labeling, and storing of study related and non-study related material.

As an Assistant Archivist for our Archives team at the Laval location, you will ensure proper organization, indexing, labeling, and storing of study related and non-study related material.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

  • Receives the material to be stored as indicated by the Study plan and procedures. Retrieves the stored material when required;
  • Ensure to maintain up to date the electronic inventory of stored, pre-archived and archived material;
  • Ensures proper indexing, location tracking and movement of material during the reception, retrieval, shipment, and disposal processes;
  • Preparation of clients records and ensures the accuracy of the information related to shipment or disposal of material.
